Roy brings over 25 years of experience working in energy infrastructure, refining and alternative energy to the business, both within the UK and globally. His background includes senior roles in safety, operations, commercial and M&A. Roy is a qualified chemical engineer with a passion for safety and a focus on enabling sustainable energy transition whilst maintaining energy security.
Martyn is a chartered Chemical Engineer with over 15 years’ experience in asset integrity, engineering design and project management within the bulk liquid and gas storage sector working for such companies as Jacobs, Petronas and Exolum.
Mark brings over 35 years of finance experience having held senior leadership roles in private , private equity and public businesses in the energy space across the UK and globally . He has a successful track record as a transformational CFO ; a leader of Global Shared Services and a Programme Manager delivering material Target Operating Model , Process Optimisation & technology programmes . Mark is a Fellow Chartered Management Accountant .
Robbie Brings over 15 years of experience in the energy infrastructure and logistics supply chain. He has broad commercial experience within the energy industry and has been involved in growth projects for renewables and downstream markets. He has spent most of his career in commercial leadership roles, and previously worked for Vopak.
Sean is an industry recognised multi-modal logistics SME, with a vast array of experience in bulk international shipping, domestic rail freight and domestic & international road haulage. With a 25 years career spanning oil majors, large global trading houses and NOCs, his background includes moving and storing all hydrocarbons from crude oil to gases, and renewables such as biofuels.
Matt is a Chemical Engineer by background and brings over 15 years technical and commercial experience in the energy and syngas markets. Matt joined Navigator Terminals from Johnson Matthey in 2021 to lead the development of projects aligned to the CCUS, SAF, Hydrogen and Ammonia markets. Matt is co-Chair of the DESNZ/CCSA Non-Pipeline Transport CO2 working group, and sits on several industry Net Zero councils.
Simon is a chartered Chemical Engineer with 25 years’ experience in health and safety management, process safety and functional safety management. His career has been in top-tier COMAH establishments throughout, including Chemical Manufacture and most recently Hydrocarbon storage. Simon has chaired Trade Association Health and Safety committees within the sector and has a passion for cultural safety.
Katy is a qualified solicitor with 20 years' of experience as a legal advisor across the energy, commodities trading, construction and shipping sectors. Having qualified at a Magic Circle firm, Katy has since worked at Goldman Sachs, Shell, Trafigura and Holcim.
Helen has over 20 years of Human Resource knowledge and experience within the oil storage and oil refining industries as well as from her earlier career in international banking.
