The fight against digital poverty is focused on ensuring local children, who are home learning as a result of COVID-19, are not at a disadvantage due to not having access to the correct technology or the internet.

As part of helping our local communities in the UK, Navigator Terminals have donated a number of used but well-maintained computers and laptop equipment.

Navigator Seal Sands and North Tees have donated laptops to the Teesside Philanthropic Foundation along with a cash donation and, Navigator Thames have donated desktops and monitors in addition to laptops, to the charity, EveryChildOnline along with a cash donation.

All of the equipment will be reused and distributed to local schools who will allocate them to the most needing children.

This is something Navigator anticipate continuing in the future.
