Good Health and Well Being
Focus area – Ensure healthy lives and promote well-being for all at all ages
As an employer engaged in the storage and handling of hazardous bulk liquids and gases with the potential to impact on large numbers of people this is an obvious focus area. However, we believe we can mitigate this risk by being an attractive workplace with a large focus on health safety and well-being. We have a vision of zero work related injuries (personal safety events) and no damage to the environment (process safety events). We have zero tolerance towards drug and alcohol use. Encouraging good health and wellbeing is also a vital part of a productive and positive workplace and we can help towards this by providing staff with opportunities to stay active and support their physical and mental health.
